Francis R. Iacobucci, Jr., Division President
Frank Jr. has worked his way up the ranks at Iacobucci Homes. He started at age eleven as a laborer. His jobs through the years have included carpenter, carpenter foreman, assistant superintendent, general superintendent, estimator, project manager and he currently holds the title of Division President. He is a past Vice President and current Life Director of the Homebuilder's Association for Bucks/Montgomery Counties, and is past Chairman of the Legislative Committee for the Bucks/Montgomery HBA. Frank also serves as an Associate Director on the Chester County Conservation District Board, which governs soil and environmental issues and has become regulatory in nature. He also serves on the school board at West Chester Friends. Frank attended Wesley Junior College in Dover, Delaware and Villanova University.
Raymond Iacobucci, Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development
Ray started full time with Iacobucci Homes in 1981 and has held several different positions in the company. Ray started in the business part-time while still in school by working as a laborer, carpenter and doing engineering surveys. He received his education at Georgia Tech College of Architecture and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. He is past director of the Pennsylvania Housing Financing Agency. He is a director and past President of the Chester Delaware County Homebuilder's Association and serves on the Delaware County Conservation District Board, which governs soil and environmental issues.
Marion Lyttle, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Marion has been a key member of the building industry for many years. Marion's vast knowledge and background in sales management, marketing and her customer service abilities help our seasoned staff maintain focus and achieve a high standard of excellence. Her dedication to our company is unparalleled.
Scott Dyba, Purchasing Manager
Scott is responsible for all activities of the Purchasing department, which include estimates, budgets and contract. He has 17 years of Purchasing experience in the residential construction industry, working with homebuilders in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Scott received his education at Rutgers University in New Jersey.
Mitchel J. Chrest, Accounting Manager
Mitch started with Iacobucci Homes in May of 1993. His current responsibilities include management of accounting/bookkeeping, generation of all financial statements, cash management, accounts payable, estimating/budgeting/job cost support, bank loan and acquisition support. Mitch worked from 1989 - 1993 as Controller for Penn Trading International, Ltd., a subsidiary of Marubeni Corporation of Japan located in Trevose, PA. From 1979-1989, he worked for Sun Refining and Marketing Company as Accounting Manager for Domestic and Foreign International Trade Division. Mitch received a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Elizabeth G. Henwood, Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Frank Iacobucci, Jr.
Penny has been with Iacobucci since 1993. She is currently Executive Assistant to Frank Iacobucci, Jr. and formerly served as Executive Assistant to Ray Iacobucci from 1993-1996. Before joining Iacobucci, she worked for Sullivan construction from 1989-1993. From 1973-1988 Penny was the Corporate Secretary/Treasurer-Office Manager for E.J. Henwood & Sons (Industrial Valve Repair Company). Penny received her education at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.
Mary M. Harrington, Executive Assistant to Ray Iacobucci
Mary has been with Iacobucci Homes since 1999 as Ray Iacobucci's Assistant. She has a vast background in administrative, marketing and customer service, as well as the construction end of the business. Before joining Iacobucci Homes, she worked for a Construction Company as an assistant to the Developer/Builder. Mary received her education at Pennsylvania State University.
Juanita Smith, Executive Assistant - Sales and Marketing Department
Juanita joined Iacobucci Homes in August 2006. Juanita received her education at South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, SC, and has attended class at The Katherine Gibbs School in Philadelphia, PA. Juanita's varied background includes work as a Procurement Manager as well as a Meeting Manager.
